In order to use the shopping basket you must make sure that your browser has cookies enabled. Go to you internet options settings in your browser enable cookies and try again.

2. What are your shipping costs?

For all UK mainland orders over £60.00 shipping is free. Smaller orders will be charged a nominal P & P fee of £2.00.
For all orders outside the UK postage and packing is £9.50.

3. Do you have a shop I can visit?

4. How can I pay?

We can accept all major credit cards through our secure payment pages. Postal Orders can be sent to the address on our contact page.

5. What are your delivery times?

If the item is in stock then we aim to despatch all orders in 24 hours (Monday to Friday) Please allow up to a week in busy times such as Christmas. If the item were out of stock then you would have to allow up to 28 days for delivery.

6. How do I use my Credit Voucher/Gift voucher?

Your credit voucher may be redeemed within 12 months of the issue date.
Enter your credit code/gift voucher code during the check out. We will then credit your card details with this amount.

7. What credit cards do you accept for payment?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Switch/Maestro and solo If sending a cheque (made payable to Cards Galore) please allow 5 working days for payment to clear.

No, unfortunately we can only accept orders either online or instore.

9. Do you do a catalogue?

Yes we produce a catalogue. Just call us or email us on help@cardsgalore.com with your address details and we'll send one across to you.

Yes, we offer wholesale terms for our own branded merchandise. Please register with our website, contact us & we will then be able to upgrade your account to give you access the wholesale section of our site page or regarding your order please email, fax

11. Order cancellations and changes:

Please notify us within 12 hours if you wish to cancel your order.
If we have not despatched your order you can change sizes where available within 12 hours. Please send us an email confirming your change of size.

13. When will I receive my order?

If the item you have purchased is in stock then we will aim to despatch it to you within 2-3 working days. Please allow a little longer for busier times such as November December.
