Delivery will be made to UK addresses Free of charge unless otherwise specified. Addresses outside the UK will be subject to charges.
**All stores will remain closed until further notice during the COVID19 Lock-down period as specified by Government guidance.
Our online store is operational. However, orders maybe delayed in being dispatched due to staffing or supply delays. Our turnaround dispatch now is 48 hours from point of order. We use Royal mail delivery, so orders maybe received between 3-5 days from point of order.

We will make reasonable endeavours to dispatch orders received before 12pm on the same day: orders received after 12pm on the following day; and orders received after 12pm on Friday to Sunday inclusive (or on public holidays) on the next working day.
All card orders will be delivered by Royal Mail.
Orders of more than 10 cards will be dispatched within 2 working days by courier or first class post.
If your product arrives in a damaged condition or we have sent you the wrong design, please return it within 28 days with your receipt/order copy for an exchange or full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

This only applies to greetings cards purchased online. Cards purchased in one of our stores must be returned to the same store. You will find a list of our stores on this website
